Restorative Yoga to the Max! Relaxing, supported postures with the addition of an herbal hot pack (yours to keep), paraffin wax for the hands, aromatherapy, and Thai Massage . This will be so uber-relaxing that you'll be served tea and snacks after to help awaken and rejoin the world.
